the Saudi stuff were super friendly and helpful. enjoyed my weekend gateway with the family. the rooms were very nice and large space this was excellent value for money the room included normal size bathroom but very big room with a living room all on open space

The room was impeccably maintained. It would be beneficial to include a wider variety of Indian dishes in the breakfast menu. Additionally, there is room for improvement in the wifi connectivity.

Besides this they provided us with a bigger apartment with 3 rooms, it was clean, and breakfast was nice.

The women’s only facilities were exceptional. It catered to all the needs and was very useful having it all within the hotel. The buffet breakfast had a great selection and the food was fresh and tasty. Location is excellent, very family friendly and would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely at Wyndham Garden Dammam. The location was perfect, and the staff made our experience truly memorable. Special thanks to Sheikh Raju at Alnakheel restaurant for his warm hospitality—he was attentive, helpful, and made sure we were well taken care of. The breakfast was versatile and delicious. 1. All staffs are good. Mr Abul Khair and Ms Wejnan ( Female receptionist) supported a lot. 2. Breakfast is excellent. 3. Room is clean, neat and luxurious. 4. Other facilities- gym, swimming pool, lobby, etc. are good. 5. Easy access to Lulu mall, a great facility for the customers.

Everything was good,, Room service supervisor visited to my room twice during my stay to check on if everything is going well or do I need any futher help. Futhermore room attendant KOLIM knows how to keep the room fresh and clean.. except he was using the same cloth to clean the tables and the tea cups and on my last day I found two small hairs in the cup and it was due to that cloth I guess.

Some of the nicest friendliest and most helpful staff I've encountered. I stayed in my room most of my duration and had dnd on the door. The staff would see me in the hallway and always ensure I didn't need anything for my room. Abul-Khair went out of his way to clean my room that extra little bit to a 5 star level. The food was excellent and everyday was something different for breakfast with fresh filter coffee. The manager- Raju went out of his way to greet every guest with a handshake and ensure their meal was to their liking. He even cooked my eggs. Room service was above what I expected. Great taste. Seafood pasta was amazing for room service. The value for money was the same as fast food but real healthy food. I would definitely stay here again given the chance. Facilities are also good with a well equipped gym with half floor yoga matts and standing boxing bags. The pool was always well kept and clean. My room was great and the bed was as comfy as home. Shower was a great temperature... As hot as you needed. Just what a seafarer needed after a long trip offshore.
